Losing my religion

How does one contend with losing their religion?
Some would call it a loss of faith. I would call it a loss of ones will to power.
What if the initial sense of faith was a carefully crafted belief that the individual had unconsciously erected to buffer themselves from autonomous transpersonal forces manifesting in religious experiences?
The foundations of these buffers for the individual may have been erected centuries ago, passed down through familial generations and traditions.
So what if one was to become religiously bankrupt?
The individual would find themselves falling into the bosom of secular culture. One devoid of a traditional God image. One where science and logic have taken up residence in the temple of Gods.
One where the human being has become the dominant force. Or so we think.
For some, science nor religion may be permitted to buffer the forces of transpersonal energy.
These individuals [willingly or not} must now look with open eyes into the window of the pleroma and be witness to the evolution of the emerging God image for modernity.
